We perform safety management activities to ensure the 143 chartered ships that are the backbone of our business operate safely. We have specialist staff equipped with experience as captains and crew on coastal and ocean-going ships assigned across Japan who provide safety instructions directly to ships in operation, communicate closely with customers and ship owners, and make continual improvements to the safety management system to prevent accidents and problems related to the ships.

If a serious accident occurs, they will promptly establish an accident response headquarters and get instructions from top management to prevent the spread of damage and accelerate recovery with the safety of human life as the top priority.
