Quality initiatives

We do business with around 70 customers domestically and abroad. We transport a diverse range of cargo, including crude oil, petroleum products, animal/vegetable oils, chemicals, LPG, LNG, and general cargo. We have about a 22% market share for the domestic transport of petroleum, and we play a large role in Japan's energy supply chain.
We have been consistently involved in domestic petroleum transport for around the 80 years since our founding. We are grateful for this recognition of our past performance.

However, it is a fact that the business environment for the maritime transport industry is very difficult both in Japan and abroad.
If a single event were to occur and damage our reputation with customers, we would be unable to fulfill our company philosophy of contributing to society by transporting energy. We feel it is our mission to be considered in high regard by our customers and to strengthen trust without complacency.

We use a quality system compliant with ISO 9001:2015 to coordinate, allocate, and manage 160 ships. Going forward, we will continue to emphasize communication with customers and provide a transport service that provides greater satisfaction.
